Biochemically, royal jelly is very complex. It is rich in amino acids (including eight which are essential for human health), essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, RNA, and DNA. Royal jelly is a good source for many B-complex vitamins including B1, B2, B6, and B12, biotin, folic acid, and inositol.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily, preferably with meals.
